The grapes come from bush vines and are harvested manually, destemmed and pressed before fermenting in stainless steel tanks at 26ºC over 25 days.
Once the maceration (10 days with 3 rackings per day) and the malolactic fermentation have been completed and undergone final micro filtration, the wine is bottled under strict hygienic conditions.
Packed in cases of 6 and 12 bottles.
Grape variety: Garnacha (AKA: Grenache).
It has a typical cherry colour. The bouquet is reminiscent of red fruit, raspberry, with hints of truffles.
Full bodied. The balancing acidity gives the wine a good structure and a long finish.
This wine is a perfect match with roast meat, pasta dishes or tapas. Serve at 14-16ºC
